Question

How you doing today?

hope your feeling fine,

would love to hear

what you dream of,

would love to tell

you mine.

I don't know

but I guess we're

much the same,

feeding on the good times,

laughing off the pain.

Putting on performance

as we close the sanctuary door,

shielding true emotions,

for the bread of daily chore.

But how you doing today?

I hope your feeling fine,

I'm send love,

please send it back

life's a moment

and not all time.

how good to read new poetry

without that selfish dread

of gloom and doom thats written

and the .."wishing I was dead...".

sigh...

you have at last put into words

the way we mostly feel

the ups the downs the simple joys

the spinning of the wheel

just living....

and asking us about ourselves..?

.....unheard of sentiment...

Nice but the last verse does not work.   `I',m send' in particular is clumsy
