  1. As in any car case your payment would range depending on whether you were putting down a down payment, trading in a car, title and fees. I think you should do some research on leasing cars under 20,000 that is probably where you might be able to find a lease for $150.

  2. $150 a month is not much for lease. The only possibilities are very small inexpensive cars that have high lease residual values -- such as the Honda Fit, Toyota Yaris, or Nissan Versa. Even then, you might not be able to get as low as $150, including taxes, without a hefty down payment (cap cost reduction). Here's a calculator you can use to play around with the numbers to see if you can make the $150:

  3. a Kia Rio would probably be your best bet.

  4. Is that after tax or before taxes?

Any car can be had for $150 per month, it all depends on how much money you plan to put towards cost reduction.

Personally I don't recommend putting any money down on leases. Just inception fees (1st month payment + fees), which usually range around $1000-$1500 depending on the car. AT $150 with just inception fees, there really isn't much out there. Maybe Civic or Corolla...but you'll have to put some money down to lower the sale price.
