Buy bags of quik-crete and follow the directions on the bag.

per gage 1/4 bag cement 6 buckets f sand 2 and a hlf buckets f water and 4 buckets f stones lol well thats wat way we do it lol

the usual mix is 1 part of cement to 3 parts builders mix, if it's a small job go to the local hardware store, they usually have small quantity mixes there.

i would mix a pea gravel mix...1 part cement 2 parts concrete sand and 3 parts pea gravel...mix by volume not weight...
