Would like to increase business sales. Partner?

I am a small Beer & Soda store owner in Wappingers Falls, NY. I am willing to provide space, rent free, for a percentage of sales. Interest in: movie rentals, comic books, sport cards, beer accessories, party supplies, etc. Another option is looking into a possible investor or business partner.
