Would like to know when my passport card will be mailed

I have scheduled a cruise September 15 to the 19 of 2008 and would like to know if I will receive my passport card befor then

When did you submit your application?  The website states that is is currently taking less than 4 weeks to get your passport.  If your cruise is in the Caribbean and begins and ends in the U.S., you do not need a passport. Passports for sea travel will be required afer June 1, 2009.

I just received my new passport about 2 weeks ago.  It took just over 2 weeks to receive once I applied for it, so you should have it in  plenty of time before your cruise.
