Would like to start a clean franchise business in Delhi/ Gurgaon?

I am looking to start a clean franchise business in South Delhi or Gurgaon. Areas of interest are: packaged foods like biscuits etc (nothing prepared on the premises), or even if there are say bakery items then brought in from the principals and returned; or some kind of electronic (on the lines of Radio Shack in US); mobile phones; or even like packaged water wholesale supply.

I don't yet have a premises but can buy/ rent as per the franchisor's reqmnts. What are the pitfalls?

Opening business in Delhi is risky.Better try in Haryana or Punjab.
