Would little kids be scared of a scarecrow kind of thing?

A bunch of 4-10-year-old kids keep being noisy in the neighborhood. If I put a scarecrow or a similar type of thing, would they freak out and leave?

Hey Mr  Wilson!!!.  are you  antisocial  or  what?  just  get  over  it. kids  make  noise.  you  cant  stop  people  from breeding.  why  dont  you  move  to  the  g*y  district not  many  kids  down  here  lol.

Dooon't think so. the four year olds would, not the 10 year olds. Unless it was very dark and it looked like a person. If they don't stop you should call the local people... whoever it is that you call when there are disturbing neighbors. Or tell their parents if you know who they are and they live close by

I would imagine it would stir them up a little more. Maybe buy a pit bull or something, lol. I never went around the houses with scary dogs.
