Would love to start an e-zine?

I keep seeing people interested in putting together an ezine on different topics but most of the comments have been resolved. I am looking for another motivated individual to partner up in putting together an ezine. Yes, it would be a free ezine (maybe monthly or quarterly until we begin a following)
