  1. Without knowing what your passport "issues" are, it's pretty tough to offer any answers.  Also, what sort of work are you hoping to find overseas?  Too many unknowns to be able to provide any insight or options for you.  I live and work overseas, but my employer sends me to various locations every 2 or 3 years or so.  I did not just go abroad and seek work.  Anyway, if you can add some more details, maybe I can give you a better answer later.

  2. You can join the military, unless your issues would prevent that also.

  3. without knowing the issues you are talking about, it is difficult to answer the question. please be a little more specific.

  4. Indeed, you have to add detail to your passport 'issues'.

Are you a member of al-qaeda? If not, then apply for a new passport! If you cannot get a new passport from your own government, rest assured, no country will be willing to grant you entry to work in their own country...except maybe in the darfur region...<and I heard those guys are tough too!>

  5. How do you supose for us to know about your issues with the passport and answer this "unknown" question ?
