Would mature couples/individuals interested on bed and breakfast located at Mexico beaches (Sea of Cortez)?

Thanks, this information is for school bussiness project. Economic room own bath, bed, TV colonial style located at Gauymas downton close to shops, markets and bus station.

I'm not sure if I understand the question right-  but I'm going to assume you are asking IF mature couples would be interested in a bed and breakfast located on the sea of cortez?  

I would say definitely yes.  Bed and breakfasts in that area are very popular and younger vacationers tend to prefer lively resorts.
