Disaster, and I'll tell you why. Google's motto is "don't be evil", and they're pretty serious about it. Microsoft is evil. Google doesn't support them in any way whatsoever...

Also, msft stock is at $30.00; goog is at $578.00 - There isn't a single good reason Google would want to merge with Microsoft.

Google has more money than God, and they have been the best company to work for several years running, a merger wouldn't even be considered.
