Would my build help me in Kickboxing?

i weight 69 kilos (150 pounds) ive got lots of stamina i fairly strong i do bench press and practice on speedball and my kickboxing bag everyday im fairly fast with my feet ive got good reaction and yeah thats it

  1. Sure it will, however, what is kickboxing for? Are you going to enter compitition? No matter what style you take, you still need to practice.


  2. keep doing what you are doing but stay limber - don't bulk up too much. And PRACTICE.
