Why in God's name do you think you're ugly? You are beautiful sweetie!  Stop beating yourself up.  You are what you think you are and that's what you'll portray!

If you walk with confidence in yourself, your career will follow you!

First why would you think you are not beautiful? Would let your hair down and mostly get some confidence in yourself. Next the so called beautiful people do not always get the good jobs, those that have an education and are confident in themselves do key word is confidence. YOU just need to believe in YOURSELF!  Now go out there and do it

I really hate it when people go fishing for complements.  Even if you're no Miss America, you should be ashamed of yourself.  Some folks really do have problems in the looks department and would give their right leg to look normal.

I'm suprised noone has mentioned that your lack of self esteem will be a detriment to your career. If you have negative connotations about yourself and no self respect you definitely won't get far.

So I'd say you're pretty screwed. You need to go see a counsiller.
