Would my future book ruin millions of young girls and women's mind?

I never threw up, or stuck my fingar down my throat.

I have eaten normal and high calories such as 5000 cal. and want to share my ups and downs with my weight, and how I got to the size I am today....which is a zero. I want to share how I was badly treated......more from guys, I could wear name brand clothes, and have the best make up on, and the greatest smile but at 300 pounds it wasn't going to happen with any of them, meaning them giving me positive feed back instead of mooing and calling me fatie from their cars as I walked for exercise.

The size zero is a big thing and will never die from being popular. I want to be blunt and honest and not give them full of hopes and lies.

But would my book be bad? Or no?

I used to be 300 pounds,.....well 305 and now a size 0, and want to share how I got there.

  1. focus in the solution...how to get rid of weight and keep it up plus the pros......there are lots of books out there like this idea!

  2. Granted that you could somehow make it interesting, no it wouldn't be bad. But please realize that it is spelled "finger" not fingAr.

  3. Well only idiots would bother reading it and only numbskulls would pay money to have bullshit thrown into their face. Who gives what is in or what isn’t? If you want to have a whinge that you would wear name brand clothes and the best make up but didn’t feel good because you were ‘fat’ and cry out hooray about becoming a size zero.

You all put to much emphasis on the media, why do you people let them tell you how you should be? What you wear and what you need to be “beautiful?” Let’s just say maybe materialistic; commercialised Barbie and Ken dolls will read your book; but that's the demographic it belongs in.

  4. shoot no...if you are a healthy size 0 and got there in a healthy way then I think your book would be a big help.

id buy it...h**l id love to be at least a size 14. im like a size 24 now.

  5. The majority of Americans are on the heavy side. The people who would criticize you are the people who are content to overeat and to be looked down upon by the thinner members of society. Go ahead and write the book.

If someone is offended by your secret to weight loss, then they can cope by stuffing their faces with Quarter Pounders or BK Loaded Steak Burgers.

  6. It would be a wonderful way to show young girls how to take responsibility for their body, health and emotional well being.

Showing young girls the negative or positive consequences of their choices and actions is the best way to educate them

  7. A size 0 is great for a petite woman but it's ridiculous for taller women to try to fit into that. That's because we aren't petite women who have been stretched out to a taller size. Our bodies are accordingly larger. People may say a size 14 is "fat" but for me, it's quite slim.

  8. It doesn't have to be a size zero. I wear a size two and get called thin.

I think thin girls are made more fun of than fat girls, because, let's be real, there are more fat people than skinny people now.

h**l, girls who wear a size ten are called anorexic now. Than what am I? Nonexistent because I'm a size two?

No, but I have seen thin girls in my school get called anorexic all the time--and believe me, it's no easier for them. They actually begin to believe they are anorexic because of all the fat people bumbling about. You can't turn a corner without seeing one.

  9. no, that would not be a bad thing... it can show that you don't have to go to extreme measures (bulimia, etc.) to get thin... that would be an awesome book...

  10. No, I think it would probably be positive for many as long as zero is a healthy weight.

    EDIT- 666666z

In most cases you are right, however I am only 5ft and a size 0.  But even I am on the lower end of healthy weight.  Very few size zeros are healthy.

  11. Size zero is going too far the other way.

  12. Your book would teach them that there are two extremes and no middle ground. Besides, you're an extremely rare case. Girls need to learn to reach a healthy weight, not look like a supermodel. But at least you got there in a healthy way.
