Would my insurence company upgrade me to a sidekick 2008 from LX

I have a sidekick lx and I recently lost it and I wanted to know would the insurence company send a sidekick 2008 instead of LX

Insurance companies issue checks to cover whatever your policy included. How did you "lose" your car?

I'm assuming you mean your cell phone insurance.  If you purchased the insurance, they will send you the same phone, unless they are out of that model or it is discontinued.  Insurance is meant to restore you to the situation you were in before the loss, not upgrade the situation.
