Would my son be ok he fell off a hopping cart?

Question

ok i have a 3 year old that fell off a Shopping cart, he was standing on it and then the wheels locked and he rolled out. He fell on his body and then hit his forehead. He has a bump... I asked the doctor over the phone and he said It will be ok. Has anybody been through this...? please help me i'm so scared i'm crying....

well my daughter fell in the bathroom when she was 3 and hit her head on the toliet and got a goose egg on her head, it scared me too, but i asked a doc as well and i was told she would be okay, but if you are really worried go the the ER, i am she he is fine, he will just have a nasty bump on his head for a few days, if was to start getting sick or just wanting to sleep than i would be more worried.....good luck

hes probably fine. If your worried about it, take him to the er. If he is acting fine, than he is fine. Check his eyes and see if his pupils are dilated and stuff. Put ice on his head and ask him if he is feeling okay. Go to bed! he'll be fine! Dont lose sleep over it. Take him to the er or make an appointment

Check his eyes. If they are dilated the same, and not changing, like the pupils are both the same size, he is fine. I am lucky that my husband knows how to check for a concussion. Our son will be 4 on Sunday. About 6 months ago he was running through our kitchen and clocked himself on the cutting board that was pulled out and started passing out. It scared the c**p out of me.

As long as he is not acting lethargic, his eyes are normal he will be fine.
