  1. Only if it were shaped like the Hindenberg!

  2. If the cost was comparable to petrol, sure.

If the Hydrogen could be sourced in a way that was sustainable, everyone should.

Problem: Fuel Cells are expensive, but moreover, producing cars, no matter how futuristic the powerplant is, still takes energy to produce, most likely energy from fossil fuels. and getting raw hydrogen without oil as a resource will be just as tricky as finding petrol without oil.

  3. You should own a hydrogen powered car even if there were not alot of refueling stations, it would be good for the environment, so yes, i would definitly own one in a couple years when i can drive. It would also almost certainly be cheaper than a car that runs on fossil fuels since water is at a much greater supply, i think everyone should own such a car.

  4. It would depend on the cost of the hydrogen. What many people overlook when separating hydrogen from oxygen in the water (H2O) molecule by electrolysis or whatever is that it takes more energy to separate the hydrogen than you get back by burning it. The first law of thermodynamics is a tough one to beat. I have seen some solar powered electrolysis units that may have promise for the future of hydrogen powered cars.
