Would people eat fast food if it was not fattening and greasy?

Fattening and greasy isn't' the only problem with fast food.  What about all the chemicals, preservatives, hormones, unsafe levels of meat, unsanitary conditions of the processing plants and restaurants themselves.  For more info, read Fast Food Nation or rent the movie!  (Book is much better!)

I eat it anyway, and if it tasted the same I would eat it all the time. But not all fast food is fattening. Try grilled chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce and mustard,Wendy's chili, salads with fat free dressing, and such.

I don't think they would eat it either.  There is something that our body craves when we start to eat fast food.  We don't see that many healthy fast food places.
