  1. we should make a protest.

i live in Las Vegas , Nevada

  2. It makes no sence to me. Espeically on the west coast and even more here on the east coast. Especially in Virginia Beach and Norfolk area. I see lines around the building during the day at Starbucks and the outside always full day and night and they spend $5.00 or more for a cup of coffee with a funny name. But yet cry when they have to spend $3.36 a gallon on gas. They spend as much on gas as they do on Starbucks in a week. I believe that if we could find a car that ran on coffee......  hmmmm don't want to go there!! lol

  3. All I know is that I buy 7/11, McDump, Jack in the Crack, ect coffee and just put a cup of sugar and milk/cream with it.

To effectively bring down the prices slightly, we need the prices of hybrid cars to come down. We need, unfortunately, incentives to but them. Research alternative fuel.

The reason I say slightly is because it's not just our demand solely that drives the market prices. There's also china and their population.

  4. I work for an Oil Company & customers can't pay to heat their homes.  They will be behind on their bills but when they pull up to pay...they are driving brand new SUV, with blue tooth in their ears and just got back from vacation.  Unreal.

  5. Oh just wait. Where I live, the coffee stands are going out of business because that extra few dollars needs to go into the gas tank. Pay more for less and it's only getting worse.

  6. I have never paid anything close to 5 dollars for a cup of coffee.  And even if I did that is hardly a fair comparison.  You generally drink one cup of coffee at a time, most cars take 12-20 gallons of gas.  So spending a few dollars on a drink and spending 55 dollars on a tank of gas are not even close.

  7. The only way to bring gas prices down is to use less of it. Basic supply and demand...

  8. Gas is only $3.50 a gallon where I live. What kind of work do you people do that you can't afford gas?

  9. I don't pay $5 for a cup of coffee. I make my own at home. I cannot say the same for gas
