If eating releases happy hormones, which makes you satisfied, then why haven't scientist created a drug to release theses hormones to aide dieting?

  1. some do and some are made so that they don't and some actually are made to promote rapid weight gain so be careful.

  3. Not all of life's problems can be solved with a pill. All drugs have side-effects. Hunger is your body's way of telling you that you need fuel. Exercise also releases hormones that make a body feel good and can help you lose weight.

    down other 'trouble' indicators that you should be listening to.
