Would putting olive oil on arms stimulate or stop hair growth on arms?

Im wondering weahter it makes hair grow faster or slowers/what happens if u put it.

I have no idea but my cousin just buys nair and puts it on her arms then when her arm hair starts getting really long again she puts more nair on it and i can never tell when her arms are bald
