I have a 2008 Impala LT with 16-17" tires. I want to put decent rims on it, nothing too flashy, to spruce it up a bit, but I am leasing it. What can I do to customize my car, without voiding the lease? If you guys don't know, how can I find out? 10pts for best answer!

  1. no, you just have to put the original rims and tires when you return the car..

  2. You are not voiding the lease.  You'll just have to put the original equipment back on the car when you give it back.

If you upgrade anything that can't be removed or made to original condition, you'll either lose it (like tint, and alarm).  Or be charged for altering the car.

Wheels are no big deal, just take em off.

  3. You are not voiding the lease. You'll just have to put the original wheels back on the car when you give it back.
