  2. the person want to get rape well I would say that wont be raped cause she wants it

    But if too young than that person then the person who is older would go to jail for that no matter what

  3. If the person 'wants' it, then it is not rape.  Rape is being forced into performing a s*x act when you do not or cannot consent.
