  1. This is an absolutely retarded way for obssessive body builders and the like to improve running by once again, adding weight to it. COMPLTELY unnatural for the body, ankles, joints, everything. Think about it. If the human body would get faster at running if it had huge and heavy feet, it would have them. Don't do this in any speed or type of running, just try a bit harder doing regular, non incline running, and that'll do it.

  2. dont run with the weights because  you will do perminate damage to your ankles

  3. It is an effective way to train but be careful as you can do damage to your calf muscles. Doing weights such as squats is a great way to increase your leg power.

There are many web sites around that give good training advice it maybe a best to check them out

  4. no do not run with the ankle weights on. you can jog for a few minutes but if you run in them you could tear you muscles, and ligements. that could cause permenant damage to you legs. but you can jump rope with them (not too much) and run in place for a few minutes which will help with your speed.

  5. i wouldn't recommend sprinting with them, it would f up your knees

  6. Nooooooooooo!  Major stress on the joints.

Weight work, yes.  Interval training and speed training, yes.  Full speed sprints with weights, a recipe for disaster.

  7. no!

u will mess up ur ankles !
