Would salt affect my diet?

  1. Salt has no fat, it only retains water.


  2. A little won't alot will dehydrate you which is bad. Drink lots of water to flush your system. Eating a large breakfast of about 1/2 your daily caloric intake boosts your metabolism. Cardio at least 3 times a week. Weight train at least twice a week and eat for your blood type.  

  3. in my opinion i think its really unhealthy. dont have too much salt in your food.
