  1. Not Fargas: Mcfadden is the future + Oakland = not good for fantasy

Not Deuce: Two bum knees and he's the past

Not Johnson: Close, but Lendale + Tennessee = not good for fantasy

Mendenhall: Botton line is you're already deep at RB so pick the guy with the biggest upside (not sure how you scored Jackson and Barber, but good man). Besides Johnson, the other guys will be average at best. Parker's stock is falling and Pittsburg needs a scoring threat from the backfield.

  2. Deuce McAllister

  3. Chris Johnson. He is the Lightning to Lendale White's Thunder. Titans are awful at passing and are a run first offense. Johnson's is gonna get plenty of chances. No he won't get the goaline carries but he is a threat to break a big one every time he touches the ball.

  4. Rashard Mendenhall

h**l already be stealing carries from willie parker and if parker goes down he will get a lot of production.

  5. I like Deuce McAllister(starter) and Rashard Mendenhall(poacher).  Why not drop Vince Young also grab them both?  Then out of the back up RB's on your roster; Mendenhall, Stewart, and Rice; you could track the trends as far as who is actually getting touches and carries.  Cut the weakest link later.

  6. I would go with Fargas.  He is still listed as the starting back with the Raiders although McFadden will get significant time.  Mcallister is playing TB this week and they are going to be tough against the run and Deuce isn't the back he used to be.  Also, he will be taken out near the goal line a Bush will be brought in because he compliments the passing game better.  Johnson is baking up LenDale White who is a 300 plus carry back in the NFL and a goal line back--not a lot of other touches to go around.  Mendenhall is an OK pick but again he is backing up Fast Willie although he will get touches and will probably get goal line touches as well.  Over the long haul either Fargas or McAllister has the best potential for significant carries with Mendenhall having the better chance for scores than Deuce.

  7. Basically the three running backs i like there depend on what the starter does. Chris Johnson will be splitting time with Lindell as the titans new lightning and thunder as he has looked sharp this preseason. Fargas seems to have been pushed back into the shadows with mcfadden looking solid this preseason but he'll still see some carries but i think as far as his upside....they didnt sign him another 3 years for nothing...if mcfadden goes down...look for him to have great numbers. As for duece i just dont trust him, his knees or the saints giving him and reggie bush enough carries to be a major producer. All the little short dump offs will go to reggie an either way i like pierre thomas to emerge this year as a semi sleeper. Now mendenhall, besides looking like a stud in his last preseason game rushing, he's the favorite to see goaline carries an no najeh davenport wont be. He's the clearcut replacement for willie parker if things go south with him. Give Johnson, Fargas and Mendenhall are hard look an honestly go with your gut, I dont think youll regret either one of them. Great team by the way! Goodluck!
