Would signing up as an air courier really help on airfare?

Is anyone out there an air courier? I was thinking of signing up somewhere (feel free to refer me to the one you are with) and tell me if it really is a good idea. I know you have to be flexible with your schedule, but what else do I need to know... and if it's worth it. Thank you in advance.
