Would skipping a pill make you not feel well?

I am on birth control and have been for a while now, about 6 months. i had s*x on Thursday and forgot to take my pill on saturday. i havnt felt well today but im not sure if its just that im sick or if not taking the pill and taking it again might of made me not feel well. any one know?
