I'm a high school student, 17 yrs old. In my Junior Year most of my nights were dedicated to studying, where I had only 3-4 hours of sleep before getting up for school, or sometimes no sleep at all. My question is that does sleep deprivation stunt growth? and does it matter when you sleep? or as long as you sleep a certain amount of time?

  1. i dont think you have to worry about stunted growth, but there are plenty of other things to worry about! http://www.sleep-deprivation.com/article... not to freak you out or anything. oh and about the rest, your body is very rhythmical, so the more repetitive your sleeping pattern becomes the better your body will react
