Would some one help me identify this logo from a ball cap I just bought?

I got it from a second-hand store, and it's retail tag says it was sold by "The Game" sporting outfitters...so I'm assuming it's a sports theme. I just don't recognize the logo or what it represents. A picture is worth a thousand words, so here goes...the top image is on the front, and the EFS thing is on the back:

Can anyone help me identify it, and what EFS stands for?

its not a sports logo

Looks like

Spring;

Summer;

Winter;

Fall.

And a compass wich may mean that their products are good any part of the world (North, South, East and West) And in any season.

ESF? I don't know. sorry.
