Would someone explain to me the meaning of neddy when put in this context? "neddy dreads, bro. i dig"?

i get everything but he neddy part. it either means a horse bred for racing or a pet name for a donkey. I'm confused.

  1. It's natty, originally knotty (a.k.a from the bob marley song originally titled- Knotty Dreadlock. It means, naturally grown dreads, not salon fakies, that are funky and not tammed.


  2. I think in this case, maybe neddy doesn't really refer to a donkey or a horse. It can also be slang for meaning 'a lot'.

    In other words, your hair style is overflowing, and I like it!

    Something like that...
