Would someone give Obama the "Change",he isn't asking for dollars?

He is only asking for "Change", couple pennies. That's all he needs. Here comes Obumma. I would even give him a dollar, just not to hear his lies in future.

I guess, what he is trying to say"We can Change" a dollar into pennies. Before people could earn dollars, later they would earn only pennies.
