Question:

Would someone help set a new direction for me, please?

If someone out there, with a special ability, stumbles upon this question, help me. I don't want to say too much about my current state. If you would be so nice as to enlighten me, and show me some direction. What I will say is, I'm lost, and confused. I wouldn't ask you for your imput if it weren't dire. Thank you.

  1. Hello. Thank you for your question. We all of us start out in life with the very best of good intentions, and then along the way, sometimes we get lost.

    Sit down, and with a pen and paper, write out what things are important to you. Be very thorough, and when you have done this, read the list, and choose what is the most senior thing that is the priority in your world, to YOU.

    Perhaps from this, you can make a new chapter in your life of a direction that you WANT to head in.

    If this does not help, then I suggest that you do something wholly unlike anything you've tried so far.

    You might be amazed to find that often, when one is on the verge of falling off the planet, that seeking and helping others brings back a sense of WHO you are, and then you can pick up the pieces and put order into your day, and a new dimension of MEANING in your world.

    Moss grows more heavily on the north side. If this doesn't help you, try going downhill. That's where the water is and most towns are near a water supply.

    Feel a little better? I think perhaps meditation may be good for you. You sound like you need to center yourself.

    I may not have special abilities but I am a great listener. If there are things in your life you are confused about fell free to email me. I will give you the best advise I can.

    But I am serious about the breathing. There are certain breathing styles that will help you when you are anxious or stressed.

    Do you believe in God or a higher power? If so, open yourself up to that higher power. Ask them for guidance, literally.  Also, certain words said out loud are pretty powerful too, like I love you. Love is very powerful. There is something the people of Hawaii used to practice, some still do. It is called:

    Ho' oponopono.  No, I am not making that word up, google it and click on the first link. I think it means to make right. I have a feeling this is something you could benefit from. But I do not know your particular problems. So, I could be way off track here. Good luck and give someone a hug today. It will make you both feel better.
