I am to file a complaint against Ebay.in. it has not been giving adress of seller despite repeated mails nor its own address is available on its site. wud someone give me address of ebay in mumbai. thanks.

That is really surprising.  Have you tried to contact the webmaster, or have you made enquiry at ebay.com?  You should also write a letter to your local newspapers, maybe someone in the press could also publicise this problem.
