Would someone mind telling me what I can do to inhance my fluency?

Since I do not speak English fluently, I sometimes do not understand what people who are talking to me say! that why I am longing for an answer.

Read, watch movies, watch the news or even YouTube videos in English at least for one hour every day.

Sometimes you don't understand because they use slang -- try to learn this too.

That said, you English seems to be pretty good. If you want regular practice in English, join some clubs, such as toastmasters, optomists or the rotary club. Ask the other members to please correct you when you make a mistake. Also, you can watch soap operas such as General Hospital and All My Children. As inanely stupid as the themes are, the characters speak excellent English, so you can listen to them and repeat what they say. If you hear a word you do not know, look it up in the dictionary. Keep a small notebook of new words to study. Make notes of the corrections you are given and study them when you get home. You will find that your English fluency will improve very quickly.
