  1. argh  bad idea bad idea

  2. make sure, that a slope you will be riding is next to ICU

  3. If you want to be called Steve Urkel

  4. superglue might not work, i never find it to be as strong as i expect it to be

instead get  a couple of old  ice cream tubs, fill them with water, drop your shoes in, put in the freezer for a couple of days and then when completely frozen, pop your shoes back on and skate all over the shop...

    its pretty funny too

but it does mean going without shoes for a day or two

  5. Not superglue, that won't stay.  Try either rubber-glue, or any glue geared for heavy duty work involving rubber, or some seriously strong wood glue.  Don't expect your shoes back, and if you do, don't expect to stay on the board!

  6. do u honestly think that would work?? super glue!!! i doubt it seriously

  7. Ya that would work but I Hope you have medical insurance because you are going to snap your femur! LOL

  8. i dont think it would hold.... but its worth a try!

  9. uhm no

    dont even try it

  10. I would use Shoe Goo (it's a brand of glue).

And to all the naysayers... Jake Burton didn't listen to you back when he invented the snowboard; if he had, you would be skiing and he'd still be a carpenter.

Just because it's different doesn't make it dangerous.

Start out on a gentle slope, and take it easy at first.

It won't be like a snowboard, but snowboards weren't like skis when they were invented.

  11. no

    you would injure your ankles

  12. yes most definately

  13. Isn't the idea of the snowskate to NOT be stuck to the board?  Last time I checked, if you want to be stuck to the board, you get bindings.  That takes us to a sport called snowboarding.

  14. try liquid nails.

  15. Not a good idea.   You'd run a high risk that a part of the sole of your shoe would simply rip off and you'd get seriously hurt.

You'd be better off trying to sell your shoes and snowskate and buying a snowboard with the proceeds.  ;-)

  16. If you want to break your neck....
