Would swimming and walking help loose weight and tone up?

Would swimming about 50-80 laps in the pool everyday or every second day, and also walking about 20 minutes everyday or every second day help me loose weight and tone up quickly??

(i really want to loose at least 2-3 kg in about 2 weeks)

  2. ehm, i think u should just stick with the swimming i'll tell you why...

    alot of ppl that want to loose weight make to mistakes:

    1 exercise too much

    2 go on a strict diet at the same time

    why is this wrong?

    1 if you excercise too much you'll end up being soooo tired that sooner than later your going to drop out

    2 50% of the ppl that go on diet loose alot of weight. 99% of the ppl that lost weight with a diet end up eating more and gaining more weight than before at the end of the diet

  3. Yes This will be helpful in reducing weight. You can try this also

    You can try following things.

    1. Remove Oil, ghee, butter from Food ( Eat only food without Oil, ghee, butter)

    2. Eat boiled vegetables.

    3. Drink more water.

    4. Eat Cauliflower, cabbage & green vegetables in more quantity.

    5. Walk in Morning & evening daily to 30-40 minute

    Try it for 7 days You will see the difference.
