Hi, I was wondering if swimming would help me tone up my body and if its a good exercise if I want to work out my butt. I want it to be bigger and build more muscle so I figured the kicks and resistance in the water would help. Is there a specific stroke (aside from butterfly I dunno how to do that one) that would help tone up my whole body? What swimming plan should I do? I was just planning on doing 40 lengths every other day and try to do running inbetween.Thanks for the help
