Is it listed in your pill information packet as interfering? If not then it's probably ok. I couldn't find anything on google about it.

But diarrhoea can affect your birth control pill, so if you're taking it because of diarrhoea, if you've already had diarrhoea then your pill may have not been absorbed properly. (Again, see the info pamphlet you should get with your pill, or google for on, to check.)

Can you ring your doctor or pharmacist to ask them?
