it could be possible caz the Lkaers weakness was the SF. i dont know why everybody is blaming Odom for the Lakers loss in the Finals. i mean just caz Bryant is a supertstar doesnt mean he dont have to blame for everything. Bryant was awful at the finals 4 for 22?, then Gasol is soft and got manhandle by perkins. Vlad ant shoot and doesnt play defense. so stop blaming Odom.BTW, yea, they can replace vlad with deng

I hope so.  The Bulls are exactly looking for a player like Odom and I think Deng's the only player the Lakers should be willing to trade Odom for.  However, it seems they are saying Deng could be in the 12mil a year category which would probably make him at the limit or over what the Lakers can afford for one player.  There's also a Spanish article that quotes Jorge Garbajosa saying the Lakers made him an offer.

The Bulls didn't offer Deng a contract as of yet, so technically he is a free agent. If the Bulls do decide to sign Deng it would be stupid to trade him for Odom. Odom is a streaky player and he is not better than Deng. Who ever says that Odom is better than Deng doesn't watch basketball. Deng is a SF while Odom is a PF some times SF. Deng has range and better offense. Odom is just big and wack. Miami and Utah is already to pursue in getting Deng and I also believe the Knicks are intrested in getting him as well. If Miami gets Deng, they will for sure go far in the playoffs. They will have a big 3, Wade, Deng, Marion. Lakers are not going to trade anyone. Lakers are just talking and trying to stir up problems. They are not going to trade anyone, they'll have a similar team as last year. I don't know why the Bulls would not want to keep Deng.

It would be a good trade for both teams, but i think the bulls would have to do a sign and trade in order for that to happen. Very Good Trade. Talent wise
