Would the JVC KDPDR31 head unit be good enough for connecting my 400w amp?

That is the head unit im thinking of getting, as I have a 400w amp which im going to use to connect my dual sub and 2 6x9's to. Will i just need the one Pre-Out for the one amp, or will i need more?

In theory it would do ok, one pre-out is all you need for a single amp. But you could get a far better stereo for that money. Id reccomend looking at some Alpine units http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product...
