considered U.S. soil? Maybe not that these Serbians are terrorists as we classify the Al-Qeida but they did attach U.S. soil. What type of action do you think the U.S. should take?

  1. No, it wasn't a terrorist action, it was mob violence. It's not US soil, just as Yak Rider says. But it is a symbol of the US, which of course is why it was attacked. It does appear that the government of Serbia didn't defend it very vigoursly, and took 45 minutes to respond to the fire, according to early reports. At this point, it's too early to say if the government was involved, or merely pleased. Pakistanis burned the US embassy in Islamabad down to the ground resulting in the deaths of several Americans working there in 79.  Didn't do anything about that at the time. Let's see if Bush is more resolute than Carter, or not.

  2. Terrorist attacks are done against random innocent people. Going out and killing someone in particular do not constitute terrorism.

Destroying property do not constitute terrorism, that is arson and/or vandalism.

    Also, c***s.

  3. Remember, Osama reportedly went to Kosovo in the 90s to fight against the Serbs. A rose by any other name would be called a HOLY WAR!

  4. OMG,you americans are so naive!CIA is behind it,many proofs show it,Serbian police is on the brink of uncovering the whole story.Soon, whole world will know how low is CIA ready to go in their attempts to show others as vandals...

  5. I'd say either way but then I also believe we have NO business being there let alone this long.  Come on Washington - BRING THE TROOPS HOME!

  6. it is very easy to define this.

They attacked US soil!  Embassies are US soil.  period.

They are terrorists.  The US should b**ch-slap their pansy-asses!!

  7. bad people every where

  8. I believe this is really a political muscle show between the US and Russia so I don't think we need to retaliate unless we're prepared to enter a cold war again.  In all honesty, this dispute is ancient and the roots are deep... blood has been lost on both sides for centuries and where do we get off interferring except for our own interests.  The Serbs are angry and you would be too if it were your heritage. Choose peace instead.

  9. A US embassy is NOT considered US "soil."  That fallacy aside, an attack on an embassy by the host country is considered an act of war.
