  1. YES.....

    All those applicants who applied and were denied are recorded and is being shared by all the US Embassies and Consulates all over the world.

    Hence, if you applied in Dubai and was denied and you re-apply again in Bahrain and you have written in your application that you were NEVER denied of any visa application..... this is misdeclaration and wrong information which is a ground to deny your application once again.

    If you have been denied a visa by any US consulates or embassies - you have to declare it in the application form as it's forever there !
