Would the dog conceve a puppy?

If you were to take the blood out of a male dog and put it into a male cat, than let that cat have s*x with a female dog.

**Are you 10? Have you never learned biology or even had a "Health" class? Putting blood into another living creature will not change the animals DNA and can never create sperm with a different DNA when injected with different blood.

In an attempt to be helpful - blood doesn't have anything to so with reproduction. Mammals reproduce sexually - a sperm cell fertilizes an ovum.
