  1. I'm not sure I understand your question.  Are you asking if someone who's a 4/6 would be seen as fat in these other countries?  If so, it might depend on your height!

If you're asking about shopping, anyone who's a size 4/6 should not have too much trouble finding clothing to fit anywhere.  However, people are shaped differently around the world.  Like in northern Europe (Netherlands, etc.) the average height is taller than in the US.  In Asia, people tend to be shorter.  You just have to find clothes that look like they're the right size and start trying them on.

  2. its not in the countries you listed but when i visited Philippines and i had to go shopping for a simple cargo pants at a mall (because we were going hiking and i only packed jeans) and it was really hard for me to find some pants that would fit me...I'm normally small in juniors or a size 4 in women's but i actually felt fat in that country :(

  3. No problem in ANY European country (check out H&M if you're not familiar with it from a big city here in the U.S.). You'll be fine in South America too. In Asian countries, you may find the clothes less accomodating to curves ... although not necessarily smaller. Just shaped differently. You may have to get something larger than normal and get it tailored if you really like it.

EDIT: Forgot to add .. take TONS of money! With the dollar as low as it is, you'll pay plenty for those clothes!
