Would the international community receive Palin the way they did Obama?

We are a country that gets over 75% of our oil from other countries and we should not care what they think of us? Most of the consumer goods bought in this country are made in another country and we should simply disregard their opinions of us? Didn't we care after 911?

  1. If they don't care for her ,we made the right choice.  Means they rather have Dancing Guy Obama who put's the U.S. down like they do.

  2. No, because Obama is a rock star.  But it's clear Palin would be a lot tougher Why else did Hamas a few months ago indicate they would like to work with Obama.  Our enemies would love obama because they know they can use negoiation to get what they want and to buy time.  I suggest Obama go to Europe  and run for something since they love him so much

  3. well if she gives free concerts and free beer like obama did with the germans then I don't see why not

  4. Of course they like Hussein more. He loves them more than his own country. He will bow down to them and turn over our country to the world order.

  5. Obama plans to bring us back to our former position of respect.

Palin thinks that living next to Russia should mean we grant her respect.

Um. I'm sort of leaning towards "no."

  6. How many of you people have traveled abroad in the last eight years? I have and not once did I hear or read how hated we are, that's all stuff jammed down your throats by media and various haters. They will respect her as they would Biden, they after all are the VP of the most powerful nation of the free world.

  7. Probably not.  Because her interests are based more in the benefit of the country.. and Obama's aren't.

We're not electing the "president of the world" or the "US goodwill ambassador."  We're electing the president of the United States ( FYI Palin is running for VP ).

  8. You guys are too much!

First, who cares what the international community thinks?  Oh, let me guess, if they LIKE us, maybe the dollar will be stronger, right?  Yes, I heard a Liberal argue that.

It also goes to show you've got no concept about the World as a whole.  Check out the German Prime Minister, arguably the most powerful woman on the world stage right now and she seems just a "mom like" as Sarah Palin.

  9. The western world will laugh at her the way any intelligent person would.  She's a throwback to the fifties with a pretty face.

  10. As the first poster said, we're all too busy laughing at America now. Only Americans would fall for McCain's ruse of pulling the "woman" card in an attempt to get Hillary's votes.

  11. Only in countries where dogfighting is enjoyed.  She's a "pit bull with lipstick on" and I don't think Western Europe, Canada, or Australia would be impressed.

  12. We are unsure at this point.  People outside of Alaska in the United States didn't know how to receive her due to her obscurity.  People really don't know John McCain on an international basis with the exception of Vietnam.  Why is that important?  She didn't think about Iraq.

  13. Who cares.

You should be asking if the American voters will elect her and Mccain over Osama bin Biden.

  14. Right now, they are too busy laughing at us.

  15. Probably not.  Palin, unlike Obama, is not a socialist and does not fit into the socialistic plans of the U.N.

We must never mistake education for intelligence, ambition for ability, or energy for experience but...

that is _exactly_ what Obama supporters have accomplished.

OBAMA is UNFIT to be PRESIDENT.

  16. The international community would respect Palin.  The international community would exploit a weak, ineffectual Obama by raking him over.  They are salivating at the thought we would make the mistake of electing someone like Obama.
