Alright so i have read history books that always make Wilson a hero... but in reality , he was a racist, anti-suffrage, war mongerer,

War mongerer: We invaded Latin America more than @ any other time in our History, invading Mexico in 1914, Haiti in 1915, Dominican Republic in 1916, Mexico again in 1916, including 9 more other times in Mexico before the end of Wilson's presidency, Cuba in 1917, Panama in 1918, and maintained our forces in Nicaragua. He basically raped Latin America not for Democracy, but for Hegonomy.

Racist: Was openly hostile to blacks believing they were inferior, even tho he promised civil rights in his elections Once in office he ordered whites and blacks to be segregated from one another. When black federal employees in the South protested, Wilson had the protestors fired. He also vetoed a bill on Racial equality in Leage of Nations! When he was in office, the KKK rose again, knowing they had support from the GOV.

You still think hes a hero ?

  1. Never heard of him being called a hero...? I thought he was known to be one of the worst Presidents ever.

  2. American Imperialism, and the Robber Barons ruled the nation as they still do today, you forgot to mention he sign the Federal reserve act 1913, we have never recovered from a private bank control of our currency, who charge us 10% interest on our own money, the value has dropped steadily since that time. Jefferson warned against the banks control of the currency...

If the American People ever allow the banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers occupied. The issuing power of money should be taken from the bankers and restored to Congress and the people to whom it belongs. I sincerely believe the banking institutions having the issuing power of money are more dangerous to liberty than standing armies.

We are completely saddled and bridled, and the bank is so firmly mounted on us that we must go where they ill guide.

The dominion which the banking institutions have obtained over the minds of our citizens...must be broken, or it will break us. Thomas Jefferson

(Letter to James Monroe, January 1, 1815

"I spent 33 years and four months in active military service and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the International Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for the American sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit companies in 1903. In China in 1927 I helped see to it that Standard Oil went on its way unmolested. Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents." [19]

Smedley Darlington Butler (July 30, 1881 – June 21, 1940), nicknamed "The Fighting Quaker" and "Old Gimlet Eye," was a Major General in the U.S. Marine Corps and, at the time of his death, the most decorated Marine in U.S. history

During his 34 years of Marine Corps service, Butler was awarded numerous medals for heroism including the Marine Corps Brevet Medal (the highest Marine medal at its time for officers), and subsequently the Medal of Honor twice. Notably, he is one of only 19 people to be twice awarded the Medal of Honor, and one of only three to be awarded a Marine Corps Brevet Medal and a Medal of Honor, and the only person to be awarded a Marine Corps Brevet Medal and a Medal of Honor for two different actions.

  3. Research most US Presidents and you will find some unsavory details about a lot of them...Lincoln, Jefferson, Johnson, Adams to name a few...

Someone you will like is Rutherford B. Hayes...he was one of our earliest presidents to fully embrace black citizens.
