  1. Maybe

Redeem Team's most of players isn't even at their prime so ..

If all the Players were in their prime ..

Redeem team might even beat Dream Team

    Kidd -34

    Kobe is 30

    Prince -28

    Redd-28

    Boozer-26

    Wade-26

    Melo-24

    Bosh-24

    James-23

    CP3-23

    Deron-23

    Dwight-22

Isn't it funny that some people saying if both teams were in their Prime Dream Team will whoop Redeem Team ...

And they haven't even seen most of players from Redeem Team play at their Prime ...

Most of player in Redeem team has like 4- 5 good years left before they even hit their Prime ..

  2. No way! The biggest stars on the redeem team are Kobe and Lebron, and they're no match for Magic and MJ. Those guys dominated in their time. The dream team also had a better bench and supporting players like Ewing and Barkley.

  3. if the dream team saw them like every other team they played against, the redeem team might be able to sneak up on them, but in terms of sheer talent i dont think the redeem team could stack up except for kobe and d-wade

  4. no chance your talking about the best players ever played the game

  5. Replace Carlos Boozer with Charles Oakley and the redeem team would beat the dream team by 50.

  6. Everybody has their chances, although I won't give a thought giving the 1992 Dream Team a upperhand for that game. The 1992 Dream Team is a very experienced team, Taking out Christian Laettner, you have a 27 year old Pippen as the youngest member of the squad. This players are mostly superstars and not like the ones presently taking their stars uphill, still establishing their HOF status, that is if they'll ever make it.

Another thing to note is that if this US team featured Jason Kidd as the lone Olympic medalist then the Dream Team features Jordan and Barkley whom represented the US previously as college stars and won the Gold, making them by all means veterans in the international arena.

The 1992 team also have the triumvirate of basketball genius in Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and Michael Jordan, whose leadership ensured every win for the Dream Team. I guess Chuck Daly have been well contented sitting on the bench and probably not coaching games anymore because he knew his leaders could carry the load for him and maybe the reason he didn't ever call a time-out during that period.

Yes, this team led by Kobe, LeBron and Wade is a talented one, but Basketball IQ-wise the 1992 edition is a lot better than Anthony, Bosh, Boozer, Redd, and Prince will ever be.

1992 Dream Team takes my vote anytime.

    Hope this helps.

  7. Assuming that both of these teams were at their prime, h**l NO. Dream team will whoop their butt cracks. The Redeem team in my opinion still had many flaws. The defense wasn't consistent. Their shooting was bad at the first half of the Olympics. Though, individually, they were skilled, the most skilled of the whole Olympics.

Dream team, almost everyone on the team are legends. Though teams back then are worse than the teams Redeem team faced. So probably Dream Team will beat them, but not a blow out.

  8. h**l no the Dream Team is way better top to bottom

  9. They have sure as h**l of a chance but they won't win it. The Dream Team is called the "Dream Team" for a d**n good reason. 10 of 12 of the players are 50 of the greatest men to ever play basketball. The Redeem Team has a few great players but players like Prince, Boozer, and Redd? Cmon, theyre good players alright. But compared to the bench of the Dream Team? The Dream Team dominated with all their big men but the Redeem Team has more athleticism. The game has changed so much it's hard to imagine what the game would be like. And yeah, the Dream Team clobbered their opponents by 40+ points a game blah blah. But you have to understand that in 1992, international basketball sucked and they are so much more improved today. If the Redeem Team were to play those exact same teams, they'd clobber em by 40+ too. The point margin is not what makes the Dream Team a better team, but how they played together with so much grace and ease.

  10. The only way that the Redeem team could beat the invincible Dream team is:

If Kwame Brown was on the Dream team.

  11. h**l no man the dream team would eat this team for breakfast then **** them out  and then serve it to their mommies this team was very fortunate for a good old kobe bryant or this team would of lost at least 5 games and not even get bronze MJ would sweep the floor with kobe and wade and charles barkley would kill lebron and david robinson and patrick ewing would take turns kicking the **** out of boozer howard and bosh it would be a Massacre i bet you this team couldnt beat the 2004 team let alone beat the dream team keep dreaming

FINAL SCORE DREAM TEAM 121 REDEEM TEAM 78
