Would there have been a chain of custody for any credible items produced for the Collins submarine ?

computerization effort ? If, during a time window of opportunity, charlatans had seized control of the project, would there be nothing credible done during that time window, and no credible chain of custody of any credible items produced during that time window ?

So would it be fairly easy to identify said charlatans ? (Just look for a time window in the project when nothing credible was produced - could be years -could be decades).

Weak participles of the project, inclined and susceptible to wards the antipathy whilst destructuring a legitimate and sound project component are liable to the failure.  The envisable failing of this major operative can be obviated by propensity toward multi tasking of conflicting interests.

The Project has sound software and management has produced legion of precision based products able to function independently. This is a minor momentary and readily remedied glitch in the proceedings.

Awareness of all adverse affecting factors leads to confining and decimating of the same.
