  1. The article states the accident actually happened before sunrise. That means they were over driving their headlights, and could not stop in time. That is called driving too fast for conditions, and they will be found at fault.

  3. nope unless they had the ability to brake in time without putting others at risk. ie sometimes its safer to go into a ditch then into another lane of traffic

  4. I would say maybe..going faster than the conditions permitted caused them to not stop in time.

  6. well it depends on the story, if that truck went out of control to quick for some odd reason and those drivers had a mad crash than no it owiuld just be a freak accident

  7. yes they would probly be at falt fo hitting the trailer. it would be the same as rear ending someone. but there needs to be more details to really know for sure.
